The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.

- Respect all intellectual property rights related to our website’s content and services.
4. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

- Client IP: The client guarantees they have all necessary rights to use any content or assets they provide us.
- Work Product: Upon full and final payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the final website, code, designs, and content created specifically for them as per the SOW.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including fees, invoicing schedules, and any late payment penalties, will be detailed in the project SOW. Certain services, such as domain registration or third-party software licenses, may be non-refundable once purchased.
6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided “as is” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. HAKELIZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to the client shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation or mediation before pursuing litigation.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Customer Satisfaction
We at HAKELIZE believe in helping our customers as much as possible and have a transparent refund and cancellation policy. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you are displeased with our services, we will review the case based on the terms below.
2. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service department via email at admin@hakelizetechworks.com
- Website/Software Development: Cancellation requests made within [7] calendar days of the initial payment and before the project has entered the execution or design phase may be considered for a full refund, minus any third-party costs already incurred.
- Digital Marketing Services (SEO, etc.): These are generally provided on a minimum contract basis (3 months). Clients must provide a prior [30] day written notice via email to cancel services after the minimum term has ended. Cancellation is not accepted before the minimum contract term is complete.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The decision regarding refund eligibility and amount is at our sole discretion based on the work completed.
- Full Refund: If the project has not yet been started and no resources have been allocated.
- Partial Refund: If the project is canceled after work has commenced and initial designs/strategies have been approved, a pro-rata refund may be issued, deducting the hourly charges/cost for the work and resources already committed or completed.
- No Refund:
- If the project has been completed and delivered.
- For any services that have already been provided or time that has already been spent.
- For third-party costs like domain names, hosting, or software licenses, as these are non-refundable to us.
- For projects purchased during special discounts or limited-occasion offers.
4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within [15-20] business days of the cancellation date and approval.
5. Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to revise or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
